The NEW ingredient highlight at Bösch Boden Spies

A must-see: Our new Cranberry Seeds from Ocean Spray are fascinatingly versatile. The dried cranberry seeds enrich snacks, baked goods, muesli and granola bars, yoghurt and salad toppings, spice mixes, smoothies, and drinks with a fruity taste, exciting texture, and an attractive red. Cranberry Seeds are the only naturally red seeds on the market.

Also new: our Future Product Zone

Sample and rate new ingredients based on Guanabana – and help us decide whether to include the ingredient in our product range. Guanabana, also known as soursop, is a fruit with a prickly green skin and white flesh. It is rich in phytonutrients, potassium, and fiber, making it an effective antioxidant. Test the fruit deep-frozen (in cubes and slices), as a puree, and in powdered form. We look forward to your opinion!

Proteins from plants – cast your vote!
