Chocolates in focus at the International Confectioneries Congress

Tracking down relevant trends, exchanges with experts and thrilling insights into future technologies – the International Confectioneries Congress offers the sector important added values. Of course, the Bösch Boden Spies team will be on site in Berlin from 20th – 22nd November, when everything will revolve around “The Next Sweet Level”.

On our trade fair stand, we will present to interested visitors two chocolaty innovations created by our ideas & concepts think tank. Moreover, our “Chocolates Expert”, Dr. Silja Mörker, will highlight developments and opportunities for the industry in this segment in a specialist technical dialog.

In addition to informative facts, the palate should not miss out at a confectionery congress. Therefore we will bring two chocolate innovations with us to the capital city for tasting tests.

Riby Domino / Choco Tec-Konzept

The Ruby Domino concept we have developed combines Sunsweet plums with the finest chocolate, and does it all using as little sugar as possible. Crunchy Cluster – as the name says – plays with crisp textures and Ocean Spray Crunchy CranberriesTM.
