The most valuable lesson I learned at BBS: if you want to take on more responsibility - ask for it, communicate openly and honestly and stand by your professional inclinations.

If you would like to provide additional information in your application, you can use the free text field. It doesn't matter whether it's a sentence about your personal motivation or additional information such as your start date.
Here you can tell us everything else you need to know about your application.
Use our online application form, which you can find in the relevant job advertisement. Once we have received your application, we will review your documents and discuss them with colleagues from the department.
In a virtual interview, you have the opportunity to convince us of you - and we can convince you of us. We want to learn more about your experience, your motivation and your potential in an open and authentic exchange. At the same time, we would like to give you the opportunity to find out more about us, our corporate culture and our vacancy.
In a second interview, we will get to know each other personally on our premises. To get to know you and your skills even better, most application processes involve a small task or case study. We will let you know in good time whether this is the case and what exactly your task will be. Be authentic and honest and impress us with your personal motivation. We don't just want to get to know you as an applicant, but also as a person who fits in with our company and our culture.
We usually have two rounds of interviews. Our aim is to take no longer than 4 weeks from your application to the signed contract.
The value #together describes very aptly what has always characterized my work at BBS for over 20 years: the cooperation among colleagues, but also with business partners. There is always a great willingness to help in the team and there is always a contact person and quick support across departments. Despite the development over this time, I still perceive BBS "at heart" as a family business. I can also share private worries with my superiors and rely on receiving the support and backing I need.
