Locust Bean Gum (LBG) is widely used in the food industry as a binding agent or stabilizer and has many applications.

Locust bean gum is made from the seeds of the carob tree, found only in Mediterranean countries. It is a thickening agent that improves the mouthfeel of your product and prevents a granular structure.
