Ocean Spray’s success story began in 1930 when three cranberry growers in Lakeville, Massachusetts teamed up with a common goal: to open up new markets with innovative products. Since then, the cooperative has developed into one of the leading brands in the United States – for the 700 farming families, the cultivation of cranberries has been close to their heart for generations.

Ocean Spray cranberries are everywhere, whether under their own famous juice and dried-fruit brand in North America, or worldwide as innovative cranberry ingredients for the food and beverage industry, marketed by the Ocean Spray Ingredient Technology Group (ITG).

The cooperative is the leading international cranberry supplier for good reason. The pioneer now operates several state-of-the-art processing plants, employs more than 2,200 people worldwide, and has a unique process for producing sweetened, dried cranberries, which is characterized by careful processing and a long shelf life. This makes the dried fruits particularly competitive.
