Code of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines

The Code of Conduct of BBS is based on the international labour standards for the protection of labour rights such as conventions and declarations of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights as well as the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Bösch Boden Spies is committed to these principles and obliges itself and its business partners to implement the following 11 key points step by step in the supply chain and to ensure compliance:

    Our company takes the necessary measures to avoid
    environmental damage.

Together, our students and trainees take on at least one project that they organize independently from start to finish. This is how a real team grows, in which everyone can gather a lot of specialist knowledge and grow personally.

Each placement is followed by a self-assessment and feedback. For decades, we have managed to hire practically every one of our trainees as a permanent employee.

Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d)

Die Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d) kann man bei uns mit dem Schwerpunkt Außenhandel absolvieren. Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre kann, aber verkürzt werden. Hier schauen wir gemeinsam die Noten an und sprechen zu Beginn der Ausbildung eine Empfehlung ab.

Kaufleute im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement beschäftigen sich überwiegend mit dem Einkauf von Waren vom Lieferanten sowie deren Weiterverkauf an unsere Kunden. Hier sind das Einholen von Angeboten, das Vergleichen von Konditionen, das Verhandeln mit Lieferanten und Kunden Alltag.  Weiterhin muss beachtet werden, dass die Lagerung der Produkte möglichst wenig Kosten verursacht und die Lieferung rechtzeitig und vollständig beim Kunden ankommt.

Hierfür muss man sich gut mit den Zollbestimmungen auseinandersetzen, da wir die meiste Ware importieren. Zu guter Letzt müssen die Tätigkeiten in der Buchhaltung dokumentiert werden.

Bei uns durchlaufen die Azubis alle Abteilungen – vom Verkauf über die Logistik zur Finanzbuchhaltung und rüber zum Business Development. Wir schicken jeden Azubi während der Ausbildung zu verschiedenen Praktika (z.B. Logistiker, Banken, etc.).

Begleitet wird der praktische Teil durch den Besuch der Berufliche Schule Am Lämmermarkt. Die Berufsschule wird an zwei Tagen in der Woche besucht.
