Our trainees get to know all of our business units, thoroughly. Our vocational training expert ensures optimal training plans and acts as a mentor to the trainees throughout their entire apprenticeship. In addition, each division has its own trainee manager as a local contact person. Our trainees regularly get together for informal meetings. Mutual support, as well as assistance from experts and former trainees as needed, is a matter of course at Bösch Boden Spies.
Together, our trainees take on at least one project that they organize independently from start to finish. This is how a real team grows, in which everyone can gather a lot of specialist knowledge and grow personally. Each placement is followed by a self-assessment and feedback. For decades, we have managed to hire practically every one of our trainees as a permanent employee.
