Plant protein and Guanabana at Food Ingredients Europe

Just recently we were on site at the Anuga trade fair and gained inspiration from an abundance of specialist exchanges. At Food Ingredients Europe in Paris from December 3 to 5, we will again seek direct contacts with our customers. In our “Future Product Zone” on our trade fair stand in Hall 6B90, we will simultaneously present two new products that are not yet in our product range.

This is the idea behind it: via crowd testing, we will ask visitors to answer three questions to allow us to establish ourselves even better in the future. Our intention in doing this is to gain factual experience about whether our products are relevant to specialists and/or the market, which aspects are assessed positively, and where further improvement might be needed.

Our bags at the FiE will include the “Plant Based Protein Battle”: three concepts that showcase the entire spectrum of 100% plant-based protein solutions. The protein source for these is based on either fruit, nuts or legumes. An important trend when it’s a question of a sustainable meat-free diet.

Another newcomer to be discovered on the Bösch Boden Spies’ trade fair stand is guanabana fruit. This prickly delicacy originates from the Columbian Andes, where the LAZOS company produces around 550 tonnes of fresh fruit each year. Guanabana is optimally suitable for juices, smoothies, ice-cream, milk products and baked goods. It is high in dietary fiber, and its intense color and exotic flavor also score points.
