Bösch Boden Spies extends its product family with cacaofruit brand Cabosse Naturals

With the cacaofruit, the new product in the Bösch Boden Spies product family offers a unique and sustainable supplement.

With the cacaofruit, the new product in the Bösch Boden Spies product family offers a unique and sustainable supplement. Cabosse Naturals launched its unique product range of 100% pure cacaofruit at the end of October 2020. In tune with consumers’ change of attitude towards tasty and nutritious food and drinks that also do good for the planet, Cabosse Naturals crafts the entire fruit into a range of 100% pure cacaofruit ingredients – from pulp, juice and concentrate to the cascara (peel), which is processed into a fine flour. While celebrating the zesty fruity taste and natural richness of the fruit, it also generates additional income for the farmers and makes a positive contribution along the entire value chain.

The fruit is rich in nutrients like fiber, potassium and magnesium. It is ideal for use in fruit juices, smoothies, ice creams, bars, dairy desserts and confectionery.

Cabosse Naturals and the Upcycled Food Association

Cabosse Naturals has joined forces with the Upcycled Food Association (UFA). Since its creation in 2019, this non-profit organisation has been working to promote the upcycling of food to reduce food waste. Its aim is to create a food system that makes the best possible use of each product and maximises its yield – a claim that Cabosse Naturals and we at Bösch Boden Spies pursue together with our partners.
