Retail Bootcamp 2020
With the Retail Bootcamp, the industry experts of Bösch Boden Spies provide food start-ups with (almost) ready-for-sale food innovations, the opportunity to work on practical case studies and solve various problems. In this way they can identify their potential gaps, possible solutions and simultaneously expand their network.
Ready for Retail?
The Retail Bootcamp takes place within the framework of the Food Innovation Camp Hamburg. This unique conference enables participants to get deeper into the subject of food start-up and its challenges in the form of panel discussions, workshops and pitches. The guests are mainly food start-ups from the Food Innovation Camp Club network who are invited internationally. In addition, partners of the FIC Club network will be on site: e.g. REWE Nord, Growth Dock, Foodist, QVC Next and others.
As a B2B supplier to the European food industry and trade, BBS has a large customer base and a broad network in the food scene. Over the years, BBS has developed into a full-service provider in the areas of research and development of new food products and their production, scaling, quality control and listing in the trade.
Retail expertise for Felix
Felix successfully founded his food start-up and was convinced that he had thought of everything after making his first deal with the buyer of a well-known retail chain. When he suddenly realised that the quantity to be delivered would exceed his capacities, he started thinking and a little later, panic rose in Felix.
On this basis, the Retail Bootcamp workshop will cover the topics of marketing, marketability and upscaling. In this way, we give the participants the right impulses and show them how to prepare for the most diverse entrepreneurial challenges in the food industry.
