As an indie brand, fritz-kola is an independent and owner-managed Hamburg-based company that has developed not only from a start-up to a medium-sized company, but above all to the market leader in the craft kola segment. In 2024, the number of fritzen from 17 nations has increased from 300 to 320.
Food Harbour Hamburg and Bösch Boden Spies have been given the task of supporting the development of a new variety that is typically fritz-kola.
No sooner said than done - short development time, tailor-made recipe through access to different suppliers (flavors, extracts, juices), flexible production of small quantities for consumer testing and procurement of new raw material manufacturers.

Drinks containing ginger are widespread, but fritz-limo ginger-lime sets new standards: subtly sweetened and with a perfectly balanced ginger note. In short: really tasty! Whether on the go, in a restaurant, in a bar or at university - fritz-limo ingwer-limette is the ideal choice for any occasion.
The first bottles were produced in small batches to gather feedback from customers. Since March of this year, the new fritz-limo inger limette has been available for three months at exclusively selected test market partners in Hamburg, with a focus on the gastronomy and impulse channel. Following a successful test market, fritz-kola is planning a national launch as soon as possible.
