Our Functional Ingredient Hub in Wageningen, NL

We are proud to be part of the Wageningen Campus, where we conduct research into the application of our functional raw materials in collaboration with universities, research institutes, multinational companies and non-governmental organizations.

Food Valley was founded in 2004 and serves as a central platform for the global food and agricultural industry to support the transition to a sustainable food system. Through our office at Food Valley, we have direct access to the expertise of Wageningen University. Since May 2022, we have supervised several university interns who have written their thesis with us.

 

Our toolbox for your challenge:

Our Functional Ingredient Hub in Wageningen specializes in the development and sale of ingredients that improve the taste, texture, shelf life and nutritional value of food. We also work with customers to develop innovative concepts. Our Wageningen site is responsible for technical sales and application development for the European food industry and focuses on R&D and sales support. We have an industry standard kitchen to develop applications in close collaboration with our customers.
