The challenge

Our aim with this application was to develop a healthy, sustainable, tasty and purely plant-based protein bar.

Solution

The use of a variety of ingredients from our portfolio led to the development of a bar with a high protein content. The cranberry seeds provide a new sensory experience.

A healthy product with a high protein content and prebiotic acacia fibers.

Vegetable protein

A taste experience with a juicy consistency and interesting texture thanks to the additional seeds.
