About the event
That was Südback 2024. Our conclusion: an all-round successful trade fair! The past few days were filled with countless enriching conversations and a direct exchange with the German bakery and confectionery trade.
- The exchange with so many experts provided us with valuable ideas and inspiration, as well as meaningful feedback on our products.
- Our Cranberry Berry Fusions and Cranberry Seeds were a great success and received an overwhelmingly positive response.
- The cooperation with the BÄKO-ZENTRALE eG and the Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk Weinheim e.V., especially with Felix Rommel and Siegfried Brenneis, was also excellent and we look forward to working together to deliver optimal solutions for bakeries to achieve the best possible results with the best ingredients.
