Our Natural Seedless Raisins from California, dried on the vine (DOV) or on the ground, have a light caramel flavour due to the caramelization of the fruit sugar during the sun-drying process. With a low pH value, natural sugar and low water activity, they are microbiologically stable and meet the highest quality standards.
Bake-stable and versatile, raisins are suitable for fruit and nut mixes, salads, muesli, cookies and the chocolate and baking industry. Soft raisins with 24-28% moisture, without soaking before processing, are used in baked goods and yoghurt.
