Ideas may fail; mistakes are allowed. The only condition is they must be addressed and talked about, so that everyone can learn from them.


Teamwork only works if we are open with one another. So when we hire people, we don’t just pay attention to professional criteria, but to the “whole person.” Whose personality will make us even better?

We train people – and love to do so.

Our trainees get to know all of our business units, thoroughly. Our vocational training expert ensures optimal training plans and acts as a mentor to the trainees throughout their entire apprenticeship. In addition, each division has its own trainee manager as a local contact person.

Our trainees regularly get together for informal meetings. Mutual support, as well as assistance from experts and former trainees as needed, is a matter of course at Bösch Boden Spies.

Together, our trainees take on at least one project that they organize independently from start to finish. This is how a real team grows, in which everyone can gather a lot of specialist knowledge and grow personally. Each placement is followed by a self-assessment and feedback.

For decades, we have managed to hire practically every one of our trainees as a permanent employee.
